We firmly believe that the most significant chapters of startup history are written by young entrepreneurs.
Look at the giants of the industry: the founders of Silicon Valley titans like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, Reddit, Dropbox, and Airbnb, as well as Korean unicorns like Musinsa, Yanolja, Noom, Toss, APR, and Megazone Cloud, all launched their ventures in their twenties.

ZD Philosophy II
Startup is Hiphop.
To us, Hiphop is not just a music genre; it's a culture of virtuous DNA circulation. It is about people with the same DNA/Spirit becoming homies and family, helping each other rise, and creating turning points in each others' lives
This philosophy is inspired by the relationship between Dr. Dre and Eminem. Dre, already a successful artist, acted as a godfather, believing in and elevating the junior Eminem. Even after achieving global success, Eminem consistently shouted out Dre, crediting him as the one who changed his life
Startup's 'Pay It Forward' culture, where successful founders mentor the next generation, is identical to the Hiphop ethos of "we help each other".
